REM Health began offering home health care services and supports to families in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas in 1987. Today, our service area includes greater Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
Our broad range of services affords individuals the opportunity to remain at home and live as independently as possible. We provide care to children, adults, and seniors ranging from those who have complex medical or personal needs that require more sophisticated or intensive interventions to those who need general daily living assistance.

Our Staff
We believe that our strength is our staff. Today, we employ over 900 individuals who are committed to helping every client live to their fullest potential. We employ staff that is appropriately educated and trained. A comprehensive orientation course and on-going training programs afford our employees opportunities for career development.
Our Clients
REM Health delivers a broad array of personal, nursing, and health-related services to over 1100 children, adults and seniors. Typically, our services are community-based which means we visit our clients in their homes, day care settings, or senior living facilities.
National and State Administrators
REM Health, Inc. offers home support services from offices scattered throughout Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. Our management team is comprised of experienced leaders in the home care industry. Under the guidance of the National Director, the State Administrators offer direction to the Director of Nursing/Branch or Unit Managers and other office staff at each of the office locations.
