We all prefer to stay in our own homes even if we are having trouble keeping up with household chores, following doctor's orders, or just going about our daily routine. REM Health offers both in-home and assisted living services to seniors so there is no need for seniors to give up their independence or the comforts of their own home.

Telemedicine Program
can allow seniors to stay in their homes longer by decreasing urgent care and acute care admissions.
In-Home Services
Our in-home services are designed to provide the necessary support to help seniors stay at home and function independently. We help our clients and their families to coordinate the billing of third party payers such as HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid or commercial insurance companies.
We work with the senior, the family, and the physician to develop a plan to assist and support each client. Our staff is qualified, licensed and trained appropriately in nursing and personal care services.

REM Health offers a variety of service options for residents of senior facilities. We can work with the building management to develop a flexible program that meets the resident's needs and the management requirements
