REM Health offers nursing care for children with complex medical needs. We work with other support systems to coordinate all personal, health or related services with the client, their family, and their physician.

Our licensed and qualified professionals include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, occupational, physical, speech, and respiratory therapists as well as certified home health aides.

Complex Medical Support
REM Health supports children with a wide range of disabilities including respiratory abnormalities, significant physical limitations including para and quadriplegics, ventilator dependency, cerebral palsy, seizures, and congenital heart abnormalities.

• Provide a free nursing assessment to determine your child's needs and develop a spcialized plan of care with your physician and you that allows your child to reach his optimum potential
• Teach important skills you need to monitor your child's care and progress at home
• Provide quality nursing care
• Provide physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies
• Provide dietary consultation
• Assure compliance with daily treatments and offer outstanding technical expertise and support
• Assist with daily living activities through qualified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Attendants
• Integrate your child's care with existing support system of friends, neighbors and family in a setting that is most convenient for your child: home, school, or daycare setting
• Coordinate the billing of third party payers such as HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial Insurance companies
